ChALC has been working closely with NALC and the Office of the Information Commissioner to help local councils comply with the data management obligations that are placed upon them by various acts and regulations.

Among these are the Freedom of Information Act and the Data Protection Regulations. Set out above are links to information, guidance and support for the implementation of your council's obligations.
